The Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council’s (WSATC) WAC/RCW Subcommittee will discuss rulemaking in response to Engrossed Second Substitute Senate Bill 5600 (E2SSB 5600) during the August 15 meeting. 

The first hour and a half of the meeting will be devoted to the subcommittee’s defined scope of work; stakeholders will be able to weigh in on impacts and unintended consequences during last half hour.
