The Ergonomics Rulemaking Advisory Committee is a forum for labor and business representatives, facilitated by L&I. As directed by RCW 49.17.520(6), L&I assembled an advisory committee representing equal parts business and labor representatives in the Scheduled Airlines – Ground Crews Risk Class.

The committee members serve as liaisons for employers and workers of the selected industry they represent, and will be adjusted on an ongoing basis as additional rulemakings are initiated.

Members provide input, recommendations, and advice on the development of proposed ergonomic rules, including input on draft proposed rules and effective dates.
