- Slippery or uneven walking surfaces
- Distracted walking (e.g., using mobile devices in walkways or on stairs)
- Falls from ladders or step stools
- Stored merchandise that can fall or tip over
- Hazardous cleaning chemicals
- Violence (e.g., assaults, robberies, etc.)
- Traffic (in parking lots)
