Details
The Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council (WSATC) will hold a quarterly meeting on October 20-21 (in-person only). A brief update on rulemaking efforts in response to Engrossed Second Substitute Senate Bill 5600 (E2SSB 5600) will be provided on October 20, likely during the first hour of the meeting. The rulemaking preproposal (CR-101) was filed on May 3, 2022. Labor & Industries anticipates an effective date of July 1, 2023.
